Addresses, Contacts and Preferences

The Customer window lets you track everything about a customer. It can store multiple phone numbers, addresses, and contacts as well as capture customer photos with an iSight camera. Default language, currency, salesperson and tax code can also be set to increase accuracy and speed up transaction speed for a customer.

Marketing and Categories

Marketing activities like mass mailings and mailing label printing are facilitated by innovative categorization tools like Customer Groups and powerful search tools like the Advanced Customer Find and Customer Browser that take full advantage of LightSpeed's robust SQL database.

Notes, Calls and History

Track all notes and calls with a customer and flag them for review so that they appear automatically in the Tracker as follow-ups. View all of a customer's transactions and purchases in the History section.

iCal, Google Maps and VoIP

Action menus in the Customer window let you schedule a customer in iCal, print mailing labels, send emails, map their address on Google Maps, initiate a Quote, Order or Invoice, or phone them on Skype or the WebFones PBX VoIP phone system, all with a single click
