LightSpeed features an advanced yet easy to use Privilege system so that business owners can set access levels or require authorization for over 160 different privileges in LightSpeed.
LightSpeed 2 integrates detailed logging into the Privilege system, so business owners can see who committed transactions to the database and when. Pull up logs for individual documents and even see failed privilege authentications. All privileges in LightSpeed can be enabled or disabled for logging.
Import Tools
LightSpeed offers powerful migration and import tools for Products, Customers, Customer Contacts, Suppliers, Invoices and POs in a specially optimized separate application called LightSpeed Import Tools. Import presets can be saved so that import files can be processed on a regular basis quickly and easily.
